These terms govern your use of the Gotrade d.o.o. website. By using the site you accept them. Commercial supply is governed by a separate written agreement or order confirmation between you and Gotrade.

1. About this website

This site presents information about Gotrade's products and services for business customers. It is provided for general information and to let you request a quote.

2. Quotes are not binding offers

Product descriptions, specifications and any indicative timings or prices on this site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when Gotrade issues a written quote or order confirmation and the agreed terms are accepted. Specific deliveries are subject to our terms of sale, the agreed quote and stock or supply availability.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information, specifications and standards accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. Technical specifications (dimensions, grades, tolerances, treatments) are confirmed per order. Indicative lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

The website, its content, the Gotrade name and logo, text, images and design are owned by Gotrade d.o.o. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written permission, except for normal personal or internal business viewing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts of Koper, Slovenia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
